unBoxed is an annual flagship conference hosted by Amazon Ads designed to educate advertisers on how to use Amazon Ads to create memorable connections with shoppers at key moments across their purchase journey. To expand the unBoxed in-person experience, we're hosting a one-day regional summit in Toronto. unBoxed Toronto features a plenary session with product announcements, breakout sessions, Hands-on-Keyboard sessions, Connections Hub, sales meetings, and a networking reception.
Whether you are new to Amazon Ads or an experienced user, you will learn something new at unBoxed Toronto. unBoxed Toronto is a one-day summit open to businesses of all sizes and marketers of every level of expertise interested in learning how Amazon is helping brands grow their business through creativity and innovation.
unBoxed Toronto will take place in person on February 26 at The Symes, located at 150 Symes Rd, Toronto, ON M6N 0B1.
Registration gives you access to the keynote session, breakout sessions, Hands-on-Keyboard sessions, Connections Hub, and networking events. Meals offered include breakfast and lunch.
No, there will not be reserved seating at unBoxed Toronto. All sessions and venue capacity will be managed on a first-come, first-seated basis.
The unBoxed Toronto keynote will be livestreamed at 11:00 AM ET on February 26. Our keynote and breakout sessions will be available to watch on-demand, post-event in March. All in-person registrants will have access to the livestream and post-event content – you do not need to register separately.
We will aim to provide a wide variety of dietary options including vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, and gluten-free options. Kosher and Halal meals may be requested during the registration process.

Yes. A badge is required at all times for all event activities.
You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the event.

Yes. All attendees will go through magnetometers, and bags are subject to search upon entry into conference activities.

In person tickets are sold out. We welcome you to join us for our unBoxed Toronto keynote livestream at 11:00 AM ET on February 26. To register for the livestream, please visit the Register page, select the virtual livestream option, and click ‘Register’ to start the registration process. The unBoxed Toronto keynote and breakout sessions will be available to watch on-demand, post-event in March.
You can join the livestream at any time. You won’t be able to rewind during the livestream, but our keynotes and breakout sessions are being recorded and will be available to watch on-demand, post-event in March. Registration for on-demand tickets will remain open after the event.
No, if you were registered for the in-person event, your ticket will automatically grant you access to the unBoxed Toronto keynote livestream and on-demand content post-event.
There is no charge to attend unBoxed Toronto.
We expect unBoxed Toronto to sell out and do not anticipate making onsite registration available.

Onsite sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed, there is no need to pre-register.
All unBoxed Toronto attendees are welcome to participate in our Hands-on Keyboard training sessions. Capacity is limited, and seating will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis. These hands sessions will repeat throughout the day.
After registering for the keynote livestream, you will receive an email confirming your registration. The keynote will stream promptly at 11:00 AM ET on February 26 from the event agenda page. Remember to mark your calendar for February 26.
Recordings of the keynote and breakout sessions will be available to watch on-demand, post-event in March.
Yes, you can tune into the broadcast at any time. You won’t be able to rewind during the keynote livestream, but don’t forget, our keynote is being recorded and will be available in our on-demand video library after the event.
unBoxed Toronto is optimized for PC, tablet, and mobile experience. Navigate to the event website, and sign in using your email address and Ticket ID.
Windows 10 and latest version of Edge, Edge Chromium, Firefox or Chrome Mac OS 10.7+ with the latest version of Firefox, or Chrome Ubuntu Linux (latest Firefox only) iOS 13+ (mobile Chrome only) Android 10+ (mobile) Please note, additional devices may successfully connect, but are not officially supported.
To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones, and AirPlay), click the gear icon ⚙ on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices should be used.
First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and re-connecting your physical headphones, or toggling bluetooth on and off. If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences - Sound to choose your output devices.

We will provide accessible seating space within each plenary and breakout room designated to host wheelchairs, subtitling/closed captioning, and other accessibility services.
Yes, service animals are allowed per The Symes service animal guidelines. If you plan to bring your service animal to The Symes, please contact unBoxed-support@amazon.com.
A reflection room, or quiet room, is available at the event and can be used when needed during general conference hours.
Parents’ room will be available at the event. A parents’ room provides a private, secure space for nursing parents. A key is needed for access.
All-gender restrooms are available at unBoxed Toronto.
